What I like most about Vicky and her setting is the homely setting and calm environment she provides. My little one settled in really quickly which was such a relieve. Even when my little one had her grumpy days Vicky was confident and calm which is really helpful for a first time mom.

Also Vicky is very understanding and will endeavour to meet your needs appropriately.
