Agreed a time and date a week in advance, but communication became difficult on the day with excessive questioning and last-minute reluctance to attend. Unfortunately came across unprofessional and unreliable.
My experience with this lady was disappointing. From the start, there were excessive questions and requirements that were never mentioned beforehand, including requests for videos and photos of my home. Communication became unnecessarily difficult, and when I politely asked for clear confirmation about the appointment, I was told they would not be coming because of my “attitude.” I was simply expecting straightforward and professional communication throughout.
