We honestly cannot recommend Catherine highly enough. ❤️

Johnny started with Catherine when he was just 1 year old and stayed with her until he was nearly 3, when he moved on to preschool. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to make sure he felt comfortable and settled.

Before Johnny even started, Catherine took time out of her own life to meet us at the park so that Johnny could get to know her and build a relationship with her. Settling him with other childminders had been really difficult for us, so this meant more to us than she probably realised. It made such a difference and helped Johnny feel safe and happy in her care.

Johnny absolutely loved going to Catherine’s house and was always so excited for his days with her. He especially loved all the trips and adventures they went on, from soft play to visiting the farm. She gave him so many lovely experiences and opportunities to have fun, explore and learn, and we know he made so many wonderful memories along the way.

Catherine was also fantastic at supporting us with his development. When we started potty training at home, she worked alongside us and encouraged Johnny in exactly the same way while he was in her care. Having that consistency between home and the childminder made such a difference and we really appreciated the time and effort she put into helping him.

It was honestly quite emotional when the time came for Johnny to leave and start preschool, because Catherine had been such a big part of his life for nearly two years. Even now, after leaving, he still talks about her and remembers his time with her, which says everything about the special bond they shared. ❤️

We will always be incredibly grateful to Catherine for everything she did for Johnny and for the love, care, patience and encouragement she gave him. She wasn't just his childminder — she became someone who was genuinely very special to him and to our family.

Thank you for everything, Catherine. We couldn't have wished for anyone better to look after our little boy. ❤️
