About Me
I am OFSTED-registered (EY424345), smoke-free household, and I take pride in having a well-organised and fun approach to childminding.I offer a home from home setting where the children become part of the family. I am first aid trained and have recently renewed my Safeguarding training. I have completed a Level 3 Diploma in supporting children and young people.
I am a fun loving Mother whilst still being clear about expectations, maintaining a well-structured routine and setting fair, consistent boundaries. This is the ideal environment in which children thrive and develop new skills. Every day is a new day with new experiences for the children to enjoy and thrive. The children in my care feel relaxed and at home at all times.
We socialize with other childminders in the area very often and have lots of days out to the park, the farm, play groups, walks in the forest, zoo etc. I offer lots of creative play and celebrate all celebrations.

Cindy is a natural around young children, and I can't recommend her care highly enough. Throughout the past year my 2 boys have adored spending time with her and her other charges. She provides a safe, nurturing environment and always goes out of her way to ensure her charges are happy, stimulated and flourishing. She is also one highly organised lady, so a parents dream in terms of communication and feedback.
Overall
Cindy has been looking after my (now) 2 and 4 year old for approx 1 year. My kids are really happy with her. She works hard to stimulate both of them (they have very different personalities) and to make sure that they are both receiving the attention they need. She is consistent in her discipline and has really helped to iron out some of those toddler behaviour issues!
From the parent point of view I find her friendly and approachable. She is very keen on having a 'team' approach to developing the children, ensuring that I am happy with the approach she takes but that i also understand the way she works.
She applied good 'mum' instincts to situations and I trust her judgment.
I would be happy to speak to a prospective client/provide a reference for Cindy.
