My two (aged 18 months and three) went there for a couple of days over two weeks while my mum who usually has them was in hospital having an operation. It was so i could carry on working and was at last minute. Rosie was recommended by a friend who knew her. i didnt know much about her so was a nervous dropping them off the first time - i needn't have been. She was friendly and welcoming and my two loved it there, They were really excited to go after the first time and didnt stop talkin about it. Would recommend. thank u
Rosie has been providing my childcare for two of my children for a few months now and I couldn’t be happier with the service I receive. So kind, punctual (as she does school runs for me) & reliable every time. My children are very shy and reserved but have taken to Rosie, and her son so well. Rosie has been so understanding of my circumstances and I was amazed at how she genuinely cared about my personal issues I had, and worked with me to really tailor to my needs. The only concern I ever had was her two dogs, as my children had a huge fear of them. However, when I explained this, I was reassured they would be kept well away from the children and they have been. Not only this, but Rosie has begun to gently introduce my children to the dogs (with my permission) and I’m so amazed at how their fear has reduced! I couldn’t thank her enough for this. Overall, I highly would recommend Rosie for childcare. It’s such a relaxed & homely place for my children to feel comfortable & grow. Thankyou for all your help Rosie! Xxx
Rosie tried demanding a 50 hour contract from myself after agreeing to a flexible contract that worked for me as a single parent. She then followed me harassing me to my car, while I was leaving my little boy, leaving me vulnerable and refused to shut my car door and let me leave to go home. All while her own son was left inside alone with two dogs.
Rosie then text me to say she was withdrawing my sons care with immediate effect and now I am left as a single working mum with no childcare.
Avoid at all costs!
Response by Tinytots on 17/04/2019:
I am sorry you feel this way. This person wanted me to be available for 50 hours a week but only wanted to pay for 25 hours and, i did try to suggest other alternatives to help with your situation, but unfortunately we was unable to come to an agreement that you was happy with but i did offer care until you able to find somewhere else but this was declined and certain circumstances lead to an unexpect and termination
But I do wish you and you son all the best and hope you find the flexible care elsewhere
Rosie picked up my 8 year old son James from school Mon to Thurs. She was great with James following our recent house move and new school for James she helped him feel settled and relaxed really quickly. James enjoyed playing with Rosie's son and the really friendly dogs, going to the park and especially the paddling pool. The only reason for leaving is due to family offering to help with childcare but I would have no hesitation in seeking Rosie's help in the future should I need childcare. Thanks Rosie.
