Paula commenced childminding my daughter in Oct 2014 and ceased in July 2017 due to her move in location, minding my daughter from 1 to nearly 4 years old.

Paula is structured, loving and fair, always working hard to ensure that all children under her care are very well cared for and their individual needs are met whilst still making them feel like they are special. Paula's home environment is warm, safe, clean and stimulating. My daughter has NEVER returned from Paula upset, miserable or suggested she is bored or unhappy. She loves Paula and her children dearly and will miss them as part of her childcare routine.

Paula meets all the Early Years criteria and provides the appropriate level of update and record of a child's progress. Some minders overplay the paperwork, making you wonder who is looking after your child while copious amounts of written documentation is generated on a daily basis. Paula provides regular daily updates and written feedback on a periodic basis. She prepares lovely nutritious and varied meals which the children love - even getting my daughter to eat mushrooms!

My daughter regularly returns with her "art work" and tales of her trips out to local play centres, parks and fun excursions.

Paula is highly energetic, hugely reliable and flexible. My daughter will miss her dearly and we hope when she is back in our area that she will pop in to see us.
