I felt completely relaxed knowing that my children were being cared for by Hayley and James after school. They have a beautiful home and wonderful family, including their dog, whom my daughter loved! They went to every effort to make the children feel at home and to understand them as individuals, so they could offer opportunities to develop their skills and interests. I also really valued how incredibly understanding and flexible they always were, particularly on days when I forgot to tell them I was collecting the children from school myself! Hayley understands what children need to thrive. We were ever so lucky to secure a place with her and are very grateful
