Avril has been looking after my daughter since she was just four months old, and she is now two. While my daughter found it quite hard to settle in initially, Avril’s patience and warmth completely turned things around. She is now so fond of Avril! Avril is a fantastic communicator who takes great pride in doing her job with excellence. She gives thorough feedback to parents at the end of each day and has helped drastically with my daughter's development. I couldn't recommend her enough.
