Martina was hands down the best nanny we ever had. My kids are teenagers now, but we still talk about Tia fondly. She set the bar incredibly high and no one that came after came close. She is simply wonderful with children, babies and older, she is very creative herself and encourages creativity and curiousity in her wards. She is also a lot of fun, is very kind and has a great deal of patience. I remember feeling very nervous when I made the decision to get a nanny for the kids, you have to put a lot of trust in a stranger, but she came highly recommended by a friend and as soon as I met her, I knew she was the one! We were very lucky to have her - I knew my children were in very safe hands which really took the stress away from returning to work.
