Nicole was absolutely amazing in caring for my daughter for over three years, and I honestly don’t think I could ever put into words how grateful I am for everything she has done for my daughter and our family.
Leaving your little one for the first time is such a huge step, and I had so many worries and anxieties. Nicole made that transition so smooth and helped ease so many of my worries. From the very beginning, she kept me updated, listened to any concerns I had and always went above and beyond to reassure and support us. Knowing my daughter was in such a loving, nurturing and safe environment gave me a peace of mind that I will always be thankful for.

Nicole has always been incredibly helpful and supportive. When we were struggling with sleep, she was always there with advice, ideas and encouragement.

She has an amazing sensory corners and safe spaces where the children could go if they needed some quiet time, space to themselves or somewhere to regulate their emotions. She never made my daughter feel different or like she was a problem to be managed. Instead, she understood her, accepted her for who she was and helped her learn how to understand and manage her emotions in her own way.

Communication between Nicole and myself was fantastic. She always made sure we worked together and kept things consistent between home and the childminder setting, which made such a huge difference in helping my daughter feel secure and supported. I always felt listened to, and I knew we were working as a team to give my daughter the best possible support.

Nicole also played such a huge part in preparing my daughter for starting school. She helped develop her confidence, understanding, learning, communication and independence, but most importantly, she did all of this while allowing her to simply be a child — having fun, playing, exploring and feeling safe and heard.

Nicole so special is the genuine care she has for the children. She created a true home-from-home environment where my daughter felt safe, loved, understood and completely comfortable. She has been so much more than just a childminder to us.
