Her home is a lovely, safe and welcoming environment for children. She always has activities planned, takes them to the park and playgroups, travels on the bus with them and makes birthdays and holidays extra special. You can really see how much love and thought she puts into everything she does

Karol became so much more than our childminder; she became like family. I have so much love for her, and even though we have now moved abroad, we are still in touch. We miss her dearly
