Karol looked after my two girls for several days a week over a couple of years, so we got to know each other well. I can't fault her. She was always absolutely reliable, always friendly, affectionate and diligent in caring for my girls. Each day she would take them to local parks and playschemes so that they had plenty to do and plenty of excercise. Her flat was always spotless and she had a relaxed and easy manner.
