Vilena has worked in our family for 3.5 years. We had 2 children, aged 1&2, when she started. We now have 3 children. She is so caring and kind and we know the children are safe in her care. Even as they’ve got older, they love the time they spend with her. They often come back from trips out telling us about what they’ve learned about flowers or other aspects of nature.
She’s excellent at all stages of childhood (our eldest is now 6) and is highly knowledge about baby stages and weaning, as well as engaging the older ones in games or activities. Unfortunately a change in our own personal finances has meant she cannot continue working with us otherwise we would have loved her to stay. We would happily give references if anyone wants to speak to us. Our family will miss her
