Easy decision

We knew from the day we met Sarah that she genuinely loved the children she cared for, and that’s exactly what we wanted for our son, like a second mum.

She takes the children out all the time and nothing ever seems like too much trouble. Our son has come on leaps and bounds, and we really believe a lot of that comes from the time he spends with Sarah and the other children. He’s never afraid to get involved, even with the bigger playground equipment, and is happy playing with other children & I believe that's mostly down to how often Sarah takes them out on new adventures.

Sarah’s values also align really closely with ours. She’s not afraid to tell the children when something needs doing, and manners and listening are really important to us. She’s always been open with us about anything that needs addressing and has been helpful and flexible wherever she can be.

We get regular updates throughout the day about where they are, how he’s doing and what they’ve been eating, which we really appreciate. Her experience and advice have also been a huge help with things like potty training and choosing schools.

Most importantly, our son absolutely loves her. He asks for Sarah on days he isn’t seeing her and even said he missed her while we were on holiday.

If we had another child, choosing Sarah as their childminder would be a no-brainer. We genuinely wouldn’t want anyone else.
