I was incredibly anxious about going back to work when my daughter was only 4 months old, I opted for a childminder for more 1:1 care. This was the best decision I ever made! I have absolute confidence in Gemma and have never felt my daughter was anything other than loved, respected and cared for to the best extent by Gemma.
