Luciana has worked for our family for the last 7 years, coming into the role when our eldest daughter was 4 and our twins were babies. She took on the responsibility of caring for all three girls, organising the twins feeds and maintaining a consistent schedule during the day and collecting our our eldest daughter from school. She ensured after-school activities were managed and cooked them all a healthy dinner. Luciana’s professional and nurturing nature allowed us to balance our professional lives without worry.

In addition Luciana has also played an important role in the life of our son, who was born in 2012. She has lovingly looked after him from infancy, providing the same level of attention and care she extended to all of our children.
