Carolina had our son from 9 months old until he left for infant school at 4 years old. I can honestly say he has learnt more with her than he has anywhere else. Carolina and her family have been his second family and I feel has been treated like one of their own.

She doesn't take any nonsense from kids....or parents and is very focused on the children achieving their full potential and helps them become independent little people. He regularly went to various soft plays, toddler groups and other trips out which was nice. She has a lovely big garden for the kids to play in and has themed days which celebrate various events throughout the year so the kids can dress up and also learn about other cultural celebrations.

Carolina is small but tough and somehow carried on throughout all the snotty and horrible illnesses the kids kindly gave her. One thing I am very grateful for is her flexibility in helping out when something unexpected happens. Every now and then and I asked for additional hours/days, she is always keen to help if it's possible.

We are truly grateful for everything her and her family have done for us and we are really going to miss her.
