Our child has been at this nursery for some time however we had a number of issues which have been highlighted to the manager who has been apologetic but it isn't long before staff resort back to bad practices.
It's got to a point where it's become embarrassing to raise anymore issues for us as we don't want to come across problematic parents. It was very serious and we weren't happy about our child to continue attending that Nursery.
No communication with parents, lack of flow of information eg. have your child had a nap during the day or has my child eaten today - there is no reports done during the day like food chart or sleep chart so at the end of the day member of staff could grab the chart and give actual information to the parent. No capability of building relationships with parents - Key person barely working in the Nursery (just on day in the week), no development checks/development feedback.
No help with potty training, I've been told to potty train my child during the weekend when his attendance is 4 or 5 days a week so majority of the time my child was spending at the Nursery.
Also, when approached the Nursery with regards to those issues, unfortunately Nursery was unable to follow instructions form the parent as well as help to look for other approach.
Difficult to contact over the phone or e-mail.
