We’ve had a fantastic experience with Louise. She has taken the time to understand our son Daniel’s individual needs and has shown real care and thoughtfulness in how she supports him, including learning about Down syndrome to better meet his needs.

She is very nurturing, patient, and attentive, and Daniel is always happy and comfortable in her care. She has also made us feel very confident and at ease as parents.
