Very shocked with the behaviour of this young lady - we adjusted to the hours she wanted and showed her only respect.
She only worked 3 hours/day but often arrived with low energy.
My daughter rejected her and she showed no understanding of how to manage young children, nor any patience.
She really let us down by sending a whatsapp message to say she wasn't coming back. She made no attempt to have a conversation with us or even call us to discuss. She of course waited for her Friday payment before sending a whatsapp message.

Rebecca came to help me just after a major operation following an accident. She came every day to tidy the kitchen, do the laundry, and get the family organised. She is incredibly empathetic and kind. I couldn’t have managed without her. She worked around our family and the new puppy with such patience and understanding.
