Lucy has been looking after our twin boys for the past year and a half, and we are very grateful for all her help and support. The boys are now 2.5 years old, and Lucy has played an important role in their development.

She helped us establish a consistent daily routine, including getting both boys to sleep at the same time, which was a huge help with twins! Lucy was also a great help with potty training, guiding the boys through this stage with patience and encouragement.

She always made sure the boys were well fed and was particularly helpful when we started introducing new foods, encouraging them to try different things.

Lucy has always looked after the boys with love, care and patience. She is very knowledgeable about children's needs and development and was always creative in finding ways to keep them entertained and engaged. One thing we especially appreciated was her ability to keep both boys calm. She communicated with them clearly and patiently, explaining things in a way they could understand. We always noticed that the boys were at their calmest when they were with Lucy.

She also put a lot of effort into their early learning, reading to them, teaching them new words and letters, and introducing activities such as holding a pen and practising tracing from a very young age. I could really see the difference this made to their development, and I'm especially grateful for that.

Overall, Lucy has been a wonderful nanny, and we truly appreciate the love, care, knowledge and dedication she has brought to looking after our boys. We would happily recommend her to any family.
