Our little boy attended Jen’s Little Angels three days a week for around 19 months and overall we had a positive experience with the setting.

The hours offered worked really well for our family, particularly the early starts, and we found the childcare reliable and accommodating around our working arrangements. Our little boy settled well, was happy to go in and developed a good relationship with both Jen and Tricia.

He enjoyed spending time with the other children and had some lovely experiences during his time there. They regularly got out of the house and he enjoyed trips to places such as soft play and farms, as well as seasonal outings and activities at Christmas and other times throughout the year. Meals and snacks were provided, and we received daily updates about what he had eaten, his naps and nappy changes.

Most importantly, we always felt comfortable leaving our little boy in their care while we were at work. After 19 months, they had naturally become a familiar and important part of his routine, and we’re grateful to both Jen and Tricia for looking after him during such a big part of his early years.
