Klaudia was very lively, likable and had a great reference. However, after agreeing the position and assuring me she's not looking at anything else for the next year just cancelled on me 3 days before starting the position which left me stranded. In my opinion quite unprofessional of her to do so without any indication or warning that she's looking at other roles when I repeatedly asked if that could be the case. I had already said no to all the other nannies I interviewed for this reason.
