We’ve had such a lovely experience with Madhu at Puddles over the past three months. From the very beginning, she made both Lily and us feel completely at ease. It was clear straight away how caring and calm she is, and how much she genuinely loves what she does. She allowed our daughter to nap in her buggy which is very rare and what our child needed at the time.
Our 10 months has clearly felt safe, happy and nurtured in Madhu’s care. She’s been given so much individual attention, affection and encouragement, and it’s been wonderful to see her confidence grow during her time there. Madhu creates a really warm, homely environment, with thoughtful activities that support development while still allowing the children to just be little and have fun.
Communication has always been excellent — Madhu is incredibly reassuring, thoughtful and considerate, and we’ve always felt fully informed and confident that Lily was being very well cared for. My feedback would be for Madhu to allow parents to drop the child inside the environment rather than from the door.
We’re so grateful for the care and kindness Madhu has shown our child and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Puddles to any parent looking for a nurturing, trustworthy and genuinely loving childminder.
