Emma has been looking after my two children, Rufus (11) and Renais (9), for the past 2–3 months and has been absolutely lovely. She’s attentive, reliable and always great with her timekeeping.

Most importantly, the kids really like her and are always happy and comfortable when she’s looking after them.
