Emma was professional, hardworking and caring. The most amazing thing about her was the time she took to get to know my children, their personalities, their likes and dislikes. She set clear boundaries which my children followed at all times which showed the respect they had for her.

I had a lovely relationship with Emma and I was always able to speak to her about her role and she always provided a listening ear. My children had such a special bond with Emma that they still talk about her now. (She hasn’t worked for us for the last let 5 years)

She always arranged a range of activities for my children that kept them engaged and happy. In her spare time she would always help around the house too.
