Katie is a lovely, kind and professional nanny/childminder. Prior to her looking after my newborn twins and eight year old daughter she had provided with me all the relevant references, qualifications and certificates.
The time she had the children, she was on time, very polite, and settled into my home straight away. When she was looking after them she had text me and kept me updated with how they were.
My daughter said she was really kind and lovely and would love for her to look after them again.
I will defiantly be using katie again in the future.

Katie has looked after our two daughters aged 3 and 6 a few times and she is an utter delight to work with. She is punctual, reliable, and has a wonderful warmth combined with exceptional skill in childcare which makes the perfect combination of assets in choosing someone to entrust your children to. Our younger child has separation anxiety sometimes when we go out, and Katie knows exactly how to distract her and calm her down. She is so kind and reassuring, I always know my children are in the safest of hands when they are with Katie and I’d recommend her to anyone for any age child...she is a delight!

Katie has been our son's Nanny since August 2019, it was out first time hiring a Nanny and my first experience of returning to work when my son was 8 months old. Katie made the transition so much easier and she gave me every confidence my son would be so safe and well looked after, fast forward almost 1 year and that confidence has only grown stronger. Katie has an amazing relationship with my son, and I know when I leave him, he will be happy all day long. I see this in all the videos and photos I receive daily. Katie also has additional responsibilities managing a health condition our son has which she takes in her stride. Katie is excellent at ensuring his treatments are administered every day without fail and always has his health, safety, wellbeing and happiness at the heart of everything she does with and for him. Katie is very creative and will always find new things to engage our son with to promote his development and actively encourages his learning every day. Katie is enthusiastic, trustworthy, reliable and nurturing, for my son most importantly fun!
