Excellent childminder

We feel very lucky to have found Pav. Our daughter took to Pav straight away, and settled in without any problems. When I drop her off she runs through the front door and barely looks back. They do really wholesome, interesting activities, lots of things with nature and arts and crafts. Her house is lovely and there is lots of space for the kids to play, including in the garden. The kids are clearly very fond of her and always seem to be having a great time. Pav joins up regularly with another local childminder so the kids get a broad social circle. Pav serves very nutritious homecooked food and keeps us updated with pictures each day. We couldn't be happier.

Happy, busy children and a lovely setting

Pav has been a childminder for both of my children for the past 2 years and I would thoroughly recommend her for both full days and school wraparound care.

My youngest (3) has been at Pav's since turning 12 months and Pav was brilliant and patient at settling her in - my daughter has always been very happy to go to Pav's and excited to see both her and the other children at the setting. They go on so many lovely local trips and take little activities with them to learn along the way. They have busy days and make the most of being outside, whatever the weather. After school pick up, they have chance to relax and play together with a nice age range of older children too. And a huge range of toys, games, books and crafts to choose from! I feel that wonderful memories are being created alongside learning and building friendships.

Pav has a lovely, welcoming home, great garden and shares a weekly menu which is always nutritious, home made and delicious. Over time it's helped my pickiest eater to be more adventurous, and given me some new ideas to try at home too.

My eldest (7) also goes to Pav for wraparound care and has always loved going. Pav sets up a lovely variety of games and activities and picks things out that she knows he particularly likes. He gets really inspired by the different activities Pav sets up and feels very comfortable in her home and with the other children.

I would recommend Pav, if you can get a place!

Outstanding Childcare Provider

Our daughter went to Pav's childcare setting from 11 months old up until school age. She had an amazing time taking part in a wide range of enrichment activities (learning outdoors, growing sunflowers from seeds, looking after catapillars as they turned into butterflies, arts and crafts, drawing, baking, reading and going on trips to museums - the list is endless). Pav's planning and attention to detail is a real strength of her practice and she was always mindful of how the learning opportunities she offered linked to the early years framework. Her kind and caring nature together with her small setting helped to turn our initially nervous toddler into a confident school ready child. I would recommend Pav to any of my friends without hesitation.
