We’ve had a really positive experience with Rita so far. From our initial visits through to the first settling session, she has been warm, professional and clearly very experienced in working with young children.
Her setting strikes a lovely balance between being structured and nurturing — it genuinely feels like a home-from-home environment. She took the time to get to know my daughter and responded to her needs with care and attentiveness, which immediately put me at ease. It’s clear that children feel safe and comfortable in her care.
Communication has been excellent throughout. Rita has been transparent , reassuring and happy to answer any questions, which has made the whole process feel smooth and well-supported.
After just 3 visits, I already feel confident that my daughter is in capable and caring hands, and I’m looking forward to continuing with her.
