I arranged childcare with Nancy and she confirmed she was available, but she did not turn up on the day and gave no communication at all.

I called several times and sent messages but received no response. I was completely relying on her, so this left me stranded and unable to go to work.

For a childcare provider, reliability and communication are essential. Unfortunately, this experience showed a complete lack of both. I cannot comment on her ability with children as she did not attend, but I would not recommend booking based on this experience.
