After having a wonderful experience with Jackie as our daughter's childminder, we were over-the-moon that Jackie was available to look after our son a number of years later. He was with Jackie from the age of 11 months and we only left as he has started school nursery.

My son settled with Jackie pretty much immediately and absolutely loved his time there. Jackie makes all of the children feel like part of the family and my son developed lovely friendships with the others. Jackie's home is warm and welcoming and she always takes the time to communicate with parents.

Jackie is kind, friendly and promotes confidence and independence in the children. She also sets clear boundaries so the children learn to be polite and respectful whilst having lots of fun. Jackie plans thoughtfully for the children's development using her knowledge of the EYFS. She kept us informed of our son's progress through both a daily diary and play plans which were invaluable.

We cannot recommend Jackie highly enough. We will never forget her kindness and the positive impact she had on both of our children. Fantastic!
