Hi! I’m Katie. I am 25 years old and I have a first class degree in childhood studies. I have over 5 years experience working with and looking after children as a teacher, tutor, baby sitter and camp instructor. I am passionate about using a holistic approach when working with children, and my personal hobbies include baking, cooking, travelling, hiking and arts and crafts.
My Experience
I did numerous placements in nurseries and primary schools as part of my degree. I worked as a primary school English teacher and a private tutor for a year in Hong Kong after graduating, and I worked at summer camps throughout my time at university with children aged 4-16. I now work in the youth and public sector.
My Qualifications
I am DBS checked, and have a first class degree in Childhood studies, as well as a 120 hour TEFL. I have epi-pen training, and hold a full driving license with my own car.
