Very rude, asked if my children are "spoiled brats". Asked 100 personal questions. She knows my address and all. I asked for invoice, then she asked why I need those? Isn't illigal to refuse an invoice if you are offering childcare? I told her have a nice day, then she ended with "have a bad day". If she thinks childrens are spoiled brats ,she shouldn't be here tough..
