This lady agreed to Nanny for us and then never appeared on the day she said she would start never phoned, or messaged and has never even contacted to apologise.
My wife was depending on her for some home support and had built up hope that the day she started she would find things a bit easier but instead she found it all very upsetting.
No honesty or integrity.
