Would 100% recommend hilltop tots to everybody. I was extremely worried about sending my daughter to nursery but Grace was absolutely brilliant and understanding of my worries and put me at ease.
My daughter adores going to nursery and very often doesn't want to leave when I pick her up. She has the biggest smile on her face for whoever opens the door to her in the mornings.
I have no worries taking her to nursery as I know she is in the care of beautiful people who she loves.
I'm so glad I found this nursery and wouldn't want her to go anywhere else.

Hilltops is the best Nursery in town, i 100% recommend to anybody looking for a nursery for their children. All the staff are absolutely beautiful people, they are so welcoming, kind and friendly. I am so happy that my twin boys attend here, they adapted well to Nursery life and the staff made it easier for my own worries ensuring me they were safe and well. My boys have come on so so much since they started, they have learnt so much and their curriculum & guidance is excellent. Nothing is ever too much trouble for the staff. Grace is wonderful and should be so proud of her team and the wonderful work they do. They treat my children like their own and it is lovely to see how much my boys love going. The nursery is the perfect setting and has an outside area for the children to run around whatever the weather conditions.

My son has been attending the Nursery for around 3 months now and I’m amazed with how far he has already come along. Previously he wouldn’t like leaving my side and would struggle with separation anxiety if I had to leave him even with family members. After 4 settling in sessions he was happy to attend the nursery on his own which is a miracle. Sometimes he still gets abit emotional at the door but all the nursery staff are friendly and willing to take their time welcoming him in on his off days. I’ve noticed his speech is developing quicker and he is even sleeping better in the evenings after all the adventures at nursery during the day! As soon as I pick him up he will be telling me lots of things that he has been up to in the day. His current favourite is messy play! Thank you to everyone at Hilltop Tots for taking the time to welcome him and for putting my mind at ease.

Hilltop Tots is like a second home for our Son. He walks in every day with a smile on his face and is still smiling when we collect him at the end of the day. The nursery is like it’s own little family - small, loving and caring! The staff are extremely friendly, accommodating and understanding, we wouldn’t want our Son anywhere else!

When our daughter started at Hilltop’s we were really nervous, after being in lockdown for so long and only really knowing mummy and daddy. Grace at Hilltops was friendly abs understanding of our concerns. She allowed our daughter to have settling in sessions to ensure that she knew the nursery and the staff and felt comfortable with us leaving her there. The updates we get regarding the care of her help to ease my concerns and the photos of her settled. Olivia sees nursery as another home, she has settled in well, loves Grace and the team and never stops talking about them when at home. She loves going to nursery and it has been a joy to send her to Hilltops, I couldn’t have found a better place to send her.

Hilltops tots is a small nursery but it has a big personality, with all the staff not only very approachable but with infectious smiles and genuine love for what they do they quickly became a home away from home for my small one. He is always so excited to go see his friends and no matter which staff members I speak to they all know my son and understand his personal and individual. I can't praise them enough! Thanks.

This nursery is a wonderful place for all of the children. It is a home from home where the children get loads of attention and love. My son has been going since the nursery opened, he has come on leaps and bounds since then. The team are simply amazing, they are passionate about what they do and love every single child. They are always happy to see us and I feel I could not have put my trust in a better team to look after and teach my son. Parents are kept informed of everything our children are doing and learning and the team will help parents in any areas they are finding challenging. I could not have picked a better nursery, my son is so happy there and I look forward to my youngest starting soon too :-)

My young lad attends the nursery since mid Sep 2019. It was undoubtedly the best decision we made with my wife to pick Hilltop Tots. Very professional staff greeted us with a lot of positive energy. When you enter this place you see kids with smiles and their happiness. This is the best recommendation or rather proof that every parent wants to get. I see lots of passion of the team which is running this place very well. What I am really impressed with and is worth to mention, those people want to make this place better and better! Every single comment is considered with attention. As the recommendation I can say that during the lockdown my son is missing you guys so much. When in the morning we’re having walks he passes next to my car and wants to get in & go to your place! 5 STARS!

Before staring at Hilltops my Son had sadly attended another local nursery. His experience at this other nursery had such an emotional impact on him that at less than 2 years old he was refusing to leave the house, wear any of the clothes he had worn to the other nursery, became petrified of having his nappy changed and still suffers from the night terrors today. It breaks my heart to say that the little cheeky, confident, happy character that had started at the other nursery was gone and I feared I’d not only lost him but massively let him down. Trying to integrate my son into another nursery seemed like a truly impossible task and one that I feared could cause more damage than good. I’d lost my trust and my beautiful confident happy boy in the click of a finger.
I went to visit Hilltops and if I’m honest id dismissed it before I even walked through the door simply because I just didn’t trust that anyone would give my son the care that I would give him and especially given what he had been through. We were going to be BAGGAGE with capitals.
The second I walked through that little door our life changed! At Hilltops you’re not just a number, you’re not a pay check your family! Yes, its small and yes, its chaotic but its full of laughter and its bubbling over with love and care. I witnessed children walk in, drop their coat on the floor and play without a second look at the parents who were leaving them that day and I witnessed children having a melt down because they didn’t want to go home and leave their little friends when their parents came to collect them.
My son and I were not a black and white case and integration was a slow and painful one, we needed a small miracle and I was worried that Hilltops might give up on us. They didn’t just go that extra mile for us they ran the New York marathon for us, exceeded all expectations and then just kept on going. They didn’t go above and beyond they went stratospheric and I am blown away by the support, patience and guidance they have provided to us as a family.
It’s a long road and we are only at the beginning of it but I know when I leave my little boy, he is given the same love, care and commitment that I myself would give. He has fun, is challenged and educated, he’s even learning a second language and he’s just turned 2!
So, would I recommend Hilltops? One hundred million times yes, I would and with all of my heart. I would never take my son anywhere else! We are so incredibly proud to be a part of the Hilltops family!!

What a lovely setting! My daughter has been attending hilltop since September 2019 and loves it. The care and love the staff show for her is amazing. They remember the little details and encourage her development so well. I feel very included and informed of what’s happening at nursery and my daughters care. She loves the staff and is very happy to go into nursery. I like the small family aspect of the nursery with low child numbers it feels more personal than some of the bigger nurseries. They know her well and she knows them well. A friendly, warm and caring nursery that I am happy sending my daughter too.
