Mona took on my son very last minute, emergency childcare of sorts. Very clear communication. She is lovely, friendly and my son got on well with her. Plenty of updates given during the day, along with pictures. I could tell my son had the best time with her. Would definitely ring Mona again whenever we are back in London.
