Choosing a childminder for Isabelle when she was still so little was honestly one of the hardest decisions I’ve ever had to make. Handing your baby over to someone else and trusting they will love and care for them like you do is terrifying. I visited several childminders and nurseries and nothing felt right. I was close to giving up hope. Then we met Emma, and everything changed.

From that first visit, I just knew. Emma made us feel welcome, safe and understood, and Isabelle settled with her so naturally and so quickly that I couldn’t quite believe it. You can feel Emma’s warmth the moment you walk through the door, she’s patient, calm, kind and genuinely loves what she does. It shows in every little thing.

Her home is exactly what I hoped for — a real home from home, filled with love, play, learning and comfort. Isabelle comes home happy every single day, full of new experiences and little achievements that make me smile. The photos and videos Emma sends at the end of each day mean the world to me. They give me reassurance and let me be part of those moments I miss while I’m away. I treasure every one of them.

I honestly can’t imagine Isabelle being anywhere else now. Emma has become such a big and important part of her little world, and knowing that she is loved and cared for so well gives me complete peace of mind. I would recommend Emma a thousand times over she is truly wonderful, genuine, and outstanding at what she does.
