About Me
I am a conscientious, diligent and caring young person, despite being 22 years old I have extensive experience working with babies, toddlers and young children. Having left school I was determined that I wanted to start my first job working with young children, thus, I worked as a nanny for a lovely local family with two young children for over 2 years.
As a nanny I would plan enriching, fun and engaging learning activities that tapped into the children’s hobbies and interests whilst planning and cooking healthy meals for them. After they relocated I wanted to stay in the same career path as I just loved being a nanny!
I have experience caring for a young child with medical needs as well as an infant, encouraging activities that allow her to have full inclusion in life!
I love to spend my time outdoors and believe that children thrive when they are outside! I am extremely creative and particularly love baking.
Additionally, as an aunt to a wonderful 5-year-old niece, I regularly spend time caring for her. This has given me firsthand experience in understanding the nuances of child care, patience, and the immense joy and fulfilment that comes from watching a child learn and grow.
