Unrealiable

Twice been let down by Rowina and my child hasn't even started yet. This was just to meet her and the surroundings, we booked a date and on the day after texting a few times to reconfirm my attendance as she requested. I got no response for upto 5 days later with an excuse of why we couldn't meet that day. So we rearranged another date I text her again to reconfirm our attendance only to be ignored again and she still has not replied this has left me with no confidence in her or her services. I noticed all her good reviews were said 2 years ago when she cared for her business now she just ignores you or replies 5 days later. No way would someone like this care for my child. Sorry I must be honest, it's left me with no confidence in you or your service's.

Thanks for your review.
Unfortunately, my phone screen has broken (which contains not only your number but also my diary). As we have not even met, I would like to remind you that you are currently leaving a review regarding my ability to provide childcare which is something you know nothing about.
You text me on the day of your initial appointment, which I replied to within 5 minutes and explained to you that unfortunately my son had been sent home poorly from school so I was unable to meet you and we rearranged.
I set reminders on my phone to remind me of my daily appointments and tasks, so your meeting would have flagged me at 7am and also 12pm today should my phone have been working. I do this as I am sure you can appreciate that working from 6.45am daily, meeting the needs of several children throughout the day, and providing a fulfilling curriculum and fun activities takes up a lot if not all of my attention during the days. Unfortunately, as my phone isn't working, this means there was no reminder and so today's appointment has been missed. Once my phone has been fixed I would have realised, messaged you, apologised and arranged something alternative to suit you.
My reviews are old as we generally have a low turnover of children as families don't leave us, we still provide care for the majority of the families who have reviewed! We keep the same ones until we transition and they start their school life. I also have a website, which I focus on more as I can upload photos, updates, and of course my glowing reviews.

Thank you for taking the time to write your review, but as you have not experienced my setting or my childcare, I don't think this is the right place to channel your opinions.
