Unreliable
Met with Kay at her home and made plans for my little boy to start in September. My little boy was suppose to start on Monday 8th September yet got a text on Friday 5th September to say that she is at capacity and that she can’t take on anymore children. We are now in a situation of sorting out childcare around rosters that had been fixed around this. Completely unprofessional and unreliable. Up until this point I had met with Kay at her home and we were communicating back and forth. There was no indication that there was a problem in the months leading up to this. The setting seemed clean and tidy when I went to visit and the children seemed happy.

this is not factually correct. I wasn’t at capacity I explained I Couldn’t meet all the children’s needs with having some demanding ages and I wanted to make sure all children were happy and given the right amount of care to follow the EYFS in a correct way.
