Hi my name is Harriet.
I'm a live out nanny with seven years experience in childcare and education of which I've been a nanny for six of them. I've got a DBS check, paediatric first aid certificate and a driver license and OFSTED registered. I'm passionate about my job and I love working with families and children. I enjoy helping children learn and develop in a fun and stimulating environment.
My Experience
I have been working with children for 7 years, i first gained practical experience working in a private nursery setting within the toddler room, with children aging from 6 months to 5 years.
The skills that i have developed within the early years setting has allowed me to become a sole charge nanny for the last 6 years, giving me the ability to work with children from age of 5 months to 8 years old. working with many different families and cultures. Within my nanny role I organised several age appropriate activities, taking the children to the park, organised playdates/playgroup in local areas, assisted with reading, writing and spelling, writing out weekly food list and preparing healthy meals or snacks. I also make sure no day is the same and ensure the children are fully stimaled in each activity that they are partaking in.
