Michelle has cared for our children with such kindness, warmth and genuine love that it's difficult to put into words just how grateful we are. She creates a home-from-home environment where children feel safe, valued and free to be themselves. Every child is treated as an individual, and she takes the time to truly understand their personalities, interests and needs.
Her communication with parents has always been excellent, and we've had complete confidence that our children were happy, well cared for and making wonderful memories. Michelle goes above and beyond every single day, providing fun activities, encouragement and endless patience, while giving children the confidence to grow and thrive.
Leaving Michelle is one of the hardest parts of our move. She hasn't just been our childminder – she's become a cherished part of our family's story. We will always be thankful for the love, care and dedication she has shown our children, and we couldn't recommend her more highly. Any family would be incredibly lucky to have Michelle caring for their children.
