Having arranged Jess to babysit Saturday night both in the app and outside the app, she then didn’t answer my texts or phone call on the day. Not a trustworthy interaction but happy that it didn’t work out in the end. I’d rather my children be looked after someone more trustworthy.

Whilst I respect this bad review, you failed to note that you never confirmed this evening babysitting, didn’t reply to any of my messages or calls asking for basic information of the children for safety reasons or to confirm this babysitting, address or time and only messaged me asking if I was coming an hour before.
