Nicole is lovely and was wonderful with our kids

I can’t recommend Nicole highly enough. She is warm and friendly, and our kids (2 and 5) immediately felt comfortable and safe with her. We had a (very unusual!) bed wetting incident and she dealt with it wonderfully.
