We couldn’t be happier with the care and support our son receives from Lynn. From the very beginning, she has made him feel safe, comfortable and welcomed, which has made such a huge difference for him.

She is incredibly patient, caring and understanding, and has taken the time to build a genuine bond with him. She continues to make him feel happy and secure in her setting, giving him the confidence and reassurance he needs to feel comfortable away from home.

What means even more to us is the support she has given him with starting his new school. She understood that moving to a completely new school could be overwhelming for him and went above and beyond to help him adjust. Her encouragement, patience and consistent support have helped him build confidence, settle into his new routine and feel much more comfortable in his new school environment.
