I wholeheartedly recommend Donna as an outstanding childminder. My son has been with Donna for the past two years and will continue to go for another year — a true testament to how happy and settled he is in her care.

Donna is incredibly reliable — in all this time, she has never once called in sick. She always communicates well in advance about any days she needs off, making it easy for me, as working parent to plan ahead. Her flexibility is second to none; when my car broke down, Donna didn’t hesitate to come and collect my son and drop him back home too. It’s this kind of dedication and thoughtfulness that sets her apart — she is always ready to go the extra mile for the wellbeing of the children in her care.

I especially appreciate how observant Donna is when it comes to children’s development — she always keeps me updated and discusses any concerns or milestones, so I feel fully involved in my son’s progress.
