I am a happy, friendly, conscientious mother of twin girls who have now grown up (19)! I enjoy being busy, love the outdoor life and consider myself a conscientious worker.
Whilst raising my children, I have also worked part-time as a household helper to different families. However, my latest task was to mind my sister's four girls (11,10, 8, 6) during the school holidays this year whilst she was working. I loved the experience and energy of young children again and have decided to seek work in a family situation, where I can offer an extra pair of hands to busy parents. Whilst school, homework and activities are quite sensibly serious, after that I also focus on making life fun for the children and enjoy playing their games and interacting.
As yet I don't have any formal qualifications for this role but am considering a FETAC course if I find this is necessary. I will be shortly apply for Police Vetting and First Aid certification.
I will be moving to Occold soon and will be available to work most hours as required. I have no other commitments so far, but ideally I would be looking for a position where there are around 25/30 hours per week. Of course I could split these between families.
