Loving, caring, happy, reliable, responsive, resourceful, intelligent, organised, fun, fit, outdoorsy, patient, vigilant, flexible, mature person. I am open, authentic and utterly trustworthy. Full clean driving licence, keen competent cyclist (trained cycle ride leader), strong swimmer and qualified pool lifeguard, keen interest in nutrition/healthy eating, happy with arty/messy play, keen linguist. I love singing/dancing with and reading to children. A naturally nurturing and protective person. A champion of equality of opportunity and cultural inclusivity, mutual respect, fairness and common sense. I am striving to live sustainably, working hard towards zero-waste and eliminating single use plastics from my daily life. I’m not put off taking children outdoors by adverse weather as long as we’re all cosily dressed! Very keen on minimising screen-time and optimising opportunities for outdoor social play, adventures and cuddles with books. I’m also very compassionate around any parent struggling with the demands of parenthood and am happy to offer support. I have a huge number of interests from Hebridean history to chart music, philosophy to cycling, crosswords to travelling and will respond to and help cultivate your child’s interests no matter what they are. I will learn about, respect and uphold your family faith and dietary choices with your children, whatever they are.

I am now looking for a part-time position. I can be fairly flexible about working hours. Weekends are no problem, within my stated available hours. Ad hoc cover available for extra hours by arrangement with reasonable notice. Evening babysitting, overnights and school holidays are all possible as part of the right position.

- Babysitting from £10.00 per hour
- Nannying from £10.00 per hour (gross)
Negotiable. However, I know how valuable my experience and service will be to parents and the children, so I would expect a salary at the upper end of normal market rates. For a live-in position I would ask only for a private room (happy to share everything else) with board included, the reasonable cost of which I would expect you to deduct from my salary. When living in, I would expect to do my reasonable share of the routine tidying/cleaning before and after working hours, on top of my paid childcare rôle duties, as a responsible and functioning member of your household.
