Great experience, I instantly felt at ease leaving our son with someone outside the family for the first time. Charlotte was kind, confident and patient. Happy to let our son take the lead and play his favourite games etc. Our son has trouble getting to sleep/ staying asleep and it was no trouble at all. She kept me updated and put our minds at rest. We would definitely use her again. Thanks Charlotte!
