Arbitrary Cancellation

We needed a one-off pick-up and the childminder doubled the price without any mutual agreement and failed to provide the full contract, policies and procedures months after commencing childminding responsibilities. Abrupt and sarcastic at times. Not abiding by own policy as per holiday entitlement.
